By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MetroPanel ("Software"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use MetroPanel.

2.) 30-Day Free Trial

MetroPanel includes a 30-day free trial for evaluation purposes.

• No license key is required during the first 30 days.
• After the trial period expires, MetroPanel will automatically require a valid license to continue operating.
• If no valid license is activated, MetroPanel may restrict or disable functionality until a valid license is installed.
• The trial period is intended solely for testing and evaluation purposes.

3.) Software License

MetroPanel is licensed, not sold.

A valid license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MetroPanel in accordance with your purchased license. Each license is valid only for the number of servers covered by your purchased plan.

MetroPanel may periodically verify the license status to ensure continued compliance.

4.) Intellectual Property

MetroPanel, including its source code, software architecture, user interface, designs, graphics, documentation, APIs, installer, licensing system, trademarks, logos, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Redonet Technologies Private Limited.

MetroPanel, MetroPanel.io, and ThemeMetro are products and brands owned and operated by Redonet Technologies Private Limited.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions are reserved.

MetroPanel and all related software and materials are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.) Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy or reproduce MetroPanel or any part of its source code.
• Remove or modify copyright notices.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by applicable law.
• Modify or bypass the licensing or activation system.
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or resell MetroPanel without written permission.
• Share a single license beyond the permitted number of servers.
• Use stolen, leaked, cracked, or unauthorized license keys.
• Create derivative works based on MetroPanel source code.
• Copy MetroPanel's proprietary interface, designs, documentation, installer, branding, or other protected intellectual property.
• Circumvent any security, licensing, or anti-piracy mechanisms.

7.) Updates & Support

Software updates, security fixes, and new features may require an active license and a valid support subscription.

8.) Third-Party Software

MetroPanel may include third-party open-source components. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and copyrights.

9.) Warranty Disclaimer

MetroPanel is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redonet Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, MetroPanel.

11.) Termination

Your license may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using MetroPanel and remove all installed copies.

12.) Privacy

MetroPanel may communicate with the Company's licensing servers to validate license status, deliver updates, and provide support-related services. Only technical information reasonably required for licensing, security, and support purposes is transmitted.

13.) Changes to These Terms

Redonet Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, redistribution, resale, removal of copyright notices, trademark misuse, or circumvention of the licensing system is strictly prohibited.

Redonet Technologies Private Limited actively protects its intellectual property rights and reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against software piracy, copyright infringement, trademark violations, unauthorized distribution, and license abuse to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

15.) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, their subject matter, and their interpretation shall be governed by the laws of India.

You and Redonet Technologies Private Limited agree that the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of MetroPanel.

Redonet Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of MetroPanel after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
